Manage to see Han in hand today at the HT shop. I think this isn't one of those HT cases where I hand looks better than pics. So glad that I'm convinced I can live without this version of Han.

Are you convinced? I felt the same about Hoth han. Now he's sitting on my 1/6 tauntaun and it's the best display I have. If I didn't own him I would probably still be ok with passing on him as I would not know what I was missing out on. HT solo standing next to Chewie is iconic! Face is off little sure but everyone knows who he is :gun

True, but it's not a home run like farmboy luke is. Or the sandtrooper, which I got a while ago.

I got chewie, and I guess I'll pick up the ESB version or the stormtrooper version of han, if likeness isn't as good, I can always pop on the Stormtrooper helmet.

I don't know if the likeness is better in hand, but it's certainly a better figure. I know the likeness is off but I don't look at it and think I wasted my money. And if Bespin Han comes with a killer HS then I'll know I haven't.

Major score yesterday. Called around to some LCS's and found him at a retail chain one. Got him for $235. Steal! So happy. He looks awesome!

The Sideshow site removed the place holder for Han Solo under TFA figures.
We have Hux, Poe, and Snoke on the way it seems.

I have posted this previously, but I thought I'd go into a bit more detail on the kitbash elements...
- everything apart from the below has come from the Hot Toys Han
- Jacket, shirt and gun from the Sideshow Hoth Han Solo
- Pants from the Medicom Ultimate Unison RoTJ Han Solo. (These are the only ones I have seen with the seam running down the front of the leg)

Altogether I think it has come out great, no need to pick up the ESB Han (unless carbonite sculpt!!!)

I went ahead and bit the bullet on this guy. It was a huge chunk of change, but I needed this version to go with the Leia. x_x

Is he worth the damn near price of the Vader?

Very subjective question. You should be asking yourself if he is worth it.

I mean, the issues with Vader are what kept me from getting that one. And the fact I still like the one I have.

To be honest, I didn't even know that Han was out till the end of last month. And until recently, wasn't actually getting him. Basically, just wanting to know if he's a solid figure.

Luke, Han and the troopers are literally the only figures I haven't been following up on, from this line. :slap

Just watched Sean Long's review. Only thing I could spot that might be an issue is the boots. He didn't mention anything in the video though.

It's freakin' Han "Shoot First" Solo!

No Star Wars collection is complete without him. Oh, and sell the car and pick up Chewie. No Star Wars collection is complete without Han and Chewie...

Slippery Slope.... :lecture
