He's giving Chewbacca a good run for his money.

Sir Alec deserved better.

I wouldn't say don't like but it's no where close to a definitive Alec Guiness, IMO, which is a shame as I doubt the character will ever be revisited. It's a very good 'Old Ben' but I just don't see much likeness there at all. Will pick-up if it gets more heavily discounted but otherwise I might let it pass.

sculpt is of the actor's stunt double.....or someone like that, but certainty not of Sir Alec Guniess

Perfectly happy with my SS version. Paint apps may not be as sharp but the sculpt is still amazing.

I'm not that finicky I guess. To me the sculpt looks good, maybe not spot on but I'm happy with it.

I may break down and get this at some point (as Sol said, this could be the last chance for many moons) but would love it if they tried to fix it to make it look more like Sir Alec Guinness.

I like the sculpt a lot. I always liked Obi-wan more. He has some swagger that is unlike Han. Anyway, I used the coupon

Who wouldn't have loved a bang on Sir Alec likeness, but it is what it is.

It's still an excellent piece from what we've seen so far.

Thanks for the pic - finally set my mind to rest on whether my Stormtrooper mouse droid had a bent antenna array on the top. Looks like it was meant to be leaning in like that.
