Thanks Neb! That’s been one of my favorite poses for Kylo. He’s currently in the museum pose in the first picture, but I’ll eventually want to go back to that.

My pose isn't very exciting, but I like the chillin n' killin look for Kylo. Still manages to look aggressive lol.

My pipe dream is they'll make the Knights of Ren at some point. I guess they'd have to be heavily featured first.
I'm happy they announced ESB Vader. I've been waiting for an ESB/ROTJ to pick one up. Also I want Maul. These things are addictive, dammit.

Neb, yes indeed I’d like to see more of the Knights of Ren as well. They have some pretty interesting designs.

Do we have any idea of how big the new Kylo will be or the scale of him? Especially considering this one is oversized quite a bit.

I'd like to get the unmasked Kylo head separately when it comes out but it could end up looking goofy like some of the customs have so far/ I'd like to have both figures posed together and It'd look odd if there's severe size differences.

I wouldn't be surprised if they use the same base body tbh lol. Seeing as the pants/boots/sleeves/hands are all likely the same.

Have the Creg Customs head and it looks pretty good.

Has anyone painted the helmet's silver chrome? I noticed that the metal is a bit too dull to be movie accurate.

I think the scarred look gives him a lot of character, I'm really hoping he loses an eye in pt 9 and then I'm just going to put Cpatian Harlock's head on my Kylo body.

Depends on the lighting, I think. The film prop is actually pretty heavily weathered, and they have different props for different scenes. The one used the most is like the Anovos replica. Only the top portion is actually reflective. The paint on the HT is reflective enough with lighting.

Even if it's inaccurate, if I were going to have an unhelmeted sculpt on my TFA Kylo, I'd probably still use TLJ sculpt for that very reason you stated, being that the scar gives him character.

hi guys ,after cutting the stitching on the hood I found out mine had some glue residue stain on the robe which is very hard to clean away now, is that normal ? Beside stitching did hottoys even using glue to glue on it to stable the hood ?

I'd get the new one. You still get the mask look that way plus with the unmasked headsculpt.

Just depends I guess. I have/had the TFA because it's one of my favorite looks in the series, and also I like having the first appearance of Kylo Ren.

In my mind, I feel like the TLJ and the IX are more Kylo/Ben. I may end up grabbing the TLJ one eventually too, but I feel like if you had to pick one this is the most iconic.

I always maintain that the original TFA hooded look with multi layered outfit and ragged edges looks the coolest. With mask on he is the real villain. Without, he just doesn't look as bad ass IMO.

There are so many awesome poses for TFA figure too. I have mine looking something like this first pic at the moment. But there are so many others.

.......plus he is probably cheaper to buy at the moment.
