The likeness is very different from pic n1 and n2. The one without hair is Evangelyn without doubt

Even masking off the rest of the picture, there still are differences [emoji848]

IMO they made her head shape too narrow on the full sculpt which is why it resembles Liv Tyler from some angles, but the face for what I assume is the in-mask sculpt looks a lot better because the cheekbones are more pronounced.

It doesn't change much for me because I was never planning on displaying her with the sculpt anyway.

Yup looks like the head is just too long and narrow, which is the same thing we saw with BVS WW and TLJ Leia. Not sure if that's a problem with the molding process (like we see happen with a lot of custom heads) or if it was just sculpted that way. Either way I really hope they fix it before production.

I hope they do, because I would really like to pose this with the unhelmeted sculptand without the wings. I’m going to pair it with my v1 Ant-Man, and I have him posed with the mask up so you can see his face, so I’d like to be able to use the unhelmeted sculpt with this so that way you can see both of their faces.

That sculpt on the right is an excellent likeness of Evangeline Lilly. Comparing the two, it seems the one w/ hair tries to make her look younger. Her face is stretched out, rounded off. They made her eyes too large, removed her laugh lines and shaved down her cheek bones. Looks like they put her through a snapchat filter.

Just got back from seeing the film -- as expected, I enjoyed it. Fun summer movie. Now I'm thinking I should grab these two after all but still teetering on the fence. :slap

I don't see where her cheekbones have been shaved down on the full sculpt. The same cheekbone lines are there, it's just that they look more pronounced on the right due to where they sectioned/sliced the face - mid-temple, eliminating the ears and some skin & hair in front of them. Without the ears, they're just easier to see. Also, the views of the face alone are from different angles, which happen to further accentuate the cheekbones. IMO...:lol

I think it's the toned down wrinkles that made the likeness differences.
Probably to obtain the approval from her, HT has to adjust the full face sculpt according to her request, which is (probably) to make it younger.
The helmeted one doesn't matter because you can't open it anyway, just peeking from a lil hole.

It happened before with the Joe Colton figure, where Willis asked the sculpt to look younger, sacrificing the likeness.
Just my opinion. :)

Pretty sure it’s the exact same sculpt. There’s really no reason they would spend thousands of dollars on new tooling to make a face that looks identical

Yeah, they need a new photographer for sure. Use someone like Yoshi, he/she does great pics.

Amazing pics.
Sculpts both look incredible.
I am hoping a few people share your sentiments so I can pick up some spare sculpts for custom figures.

Saw the film for a second time today. Reaffirmed that the only figure from this film I’m interested in is Wasp.

Regarding the mid-credits scene where Janet warns Scott to avoid a time vortex and he subsequently gets stuck in the QR after the Pym’s disintegrate, I wouldn’t be surprised if he does indeed get caught in a time vortex and ends up in A1 at the Battle of New York, which would explain the production photos we’ve seen with the Avengers in their A1 suits with him also there in his AMatW suit.

However, it still doesn’t explain the black wrist bands many of them appear to be wearing for whatever reason.

My thoughts exactly. It is so obvious. That will be the way how things turn around.

Just saw the movie today and it was fun. Evangeline is still so hot. And her character is cool and fun. Anybody who PO this is doing right thing.
