Seriously, it's just the angle. Check out the prod pics. You can also see I think the knee separation joint which will allow for decent poseability. This was one of the biggest flaws of the V1.

It's the only Bats you'll need. And you can make BW with that head, just get a compatible body and buy a suit.

Even if HT makes a killer TDK, I prefer this suit now.
