IMO it looks like a matte black color with a matte white and silver accents.

It's metallic White (silver White mix) and dark grey/black.

It looks great. Problem is after this comes a halloween edition in orange, a world series edition where it will be red or blue depending who wins, x-mas edition, new years edition, a breast cancer edition, then a BD movie edition.

I don't think SS is going to get it from what I've read about it being strictly limited to 300 pcs worldwide.

If it is limited to just 300 pieces I wonder how many people initially ragging on this figure as a waste of time and a pure milking exercise are now going to lust after it

Based on that translation from the magazine, only 300pcs. will be available and you need to clip, fill the info and send the coupon to them for the raffle.
Please note that the raffle is only for you to get a chance to buy this at HKD 1,380 and only 300pcs are available.

Talk about the odds on getting this.
