Re: HT x Milk Magazine 10th Anniversary version: 1/6 WAR MACHINE

Stuff like this makes me so glad I recovered from Completists Disease years ago.

Cool looking figure, though. And I agree with those who say it actually looks better than the movie version.

That means stupid prices no doubt. :(

Yeah, it does. :monkey2

For me it really has nothing to do with being a completeist but a real love for the material. That's why I've made the effort to get all the one so far.

Yeah, it does. :monkey2

:exactly:

I don't have to have them but i love IM so i want to have them.

That's kinda still being a Completist. :lol

But, yeah, not as bad if you're getting it because you like it...

Of course, the ones who really have 'the sickness' bad are folks who purchase things they don't even really like just because they "gotta have 'em all". I don't understand that mentality in the slightest, but oh well.

This is a cool figure. I'm just not into variants or duplicates. Then again, I did sell my regular War Machine. So if I can get this one for a reasonable sum I may be in. :hi5:

I don't get it either but it's their money so just leave them too it. :D

Leverage, my friend. I spend money on her so she can't even think of saying anything about my hobby expenses. :lol

Re: HT x Milk Magazine 10th Anniversary version: 1/6 WAR MACHINE

a breast cancer edition.

I can't wait for that one, it's pink and white and has "I Love Boobies" spraypainted over the chest. It even has a special Rhodey smile because well Rhodey loves Boobies.

I don't think SS is going to get it from what I've read about it being strictly limited to 300 pcs worldwide.

Here is the thing, there are 300 MILK War Machines being produced. That doesn't mean they won't produce more just without the specialized base graphics. Look at the Gunmetal Grey Iron Man and the Iron Man Mark III: Silly Things version. Same figure to the smallest detail except for the graphics on the base and placcard.

Is there anybody here who really really wants this?

I've seen your girlfriend. I'd readily drop $1000 on anything she wanted too.

I still can't get over how terrible spiderman 3 was. In the few scenes where Harry lost his memory, they pretty much let Franco use his real life personality for a character. thats pretty desperate at that point.

Can anyone specifically tell me what the difference is between the silly things version and the non silly thing version of the gunmetal IM?
