Yes, this set will be amazing.
And with the #wheresrey hitting Hasbro in the balls for their lack of Rey/female figures,I want to grab this asap cause I think aftermarket prices will be crazy.

They are going to make a ton of her, she'll be easy to get for a while.

Yep.That is why I plan to get her as soon as she releases.
I hope they do the latter outfit in the movie too.

That's a great video! It makes me even more excited for Rey and BB-8 to get here.

Man, I have to say, that is awesome. Did you win? I have not seen the other pieces, but I would definitely buy one of those, if they were made as a 1/6 vehicle.

Thanks. It was more of an "everyone make something and have fun" thing than one with prizes. And mine was far from the best. It was a forum with only fifteen members, some who work at/used to work at leading effects houses making models for a living, so mine was pure amateur stuff.

Great looking custom build, Username.

Have you finished it yet? Would love to see it all painted up.

It did get finished but i can't remember the folder the images are stored in. I'll keep looking.

That shampoo speeder is excellent! Nice work. My brother is a scratch modeler as well and the skills involved never cease to amaze me.

It's a lot of fun when you realise you can make just about anything.

That looks really cool if you are messing around with BB-8, but will it make it hard to do poses like this....without the head rolling back up to the top? Maybe this is as far down as the head can move before its forced back to the top, cool video but I would have liked to see him being posed too.

Thanks for the video!

You're welcome!

I really want this BB-8, but I'm sure they'll include him in other sets in the future... There are WAAAY too many figures that are higher priority for me this year, so I'm gonna wait until Episode VIII's figures for Finn and Rey.

I just wanted to repost this so it doesn't disappear between pages. My excitement for this set just increased by a lot.

This is great! :clap Idk why but for some reason I thought his head wouldnt be movable, maybe just a simple rotation, glad I was wrong. Lets hope his light up feature is decent as well.

I'm so glad I pre ordered this set! That bb8 looks great!

I'm not sure if this was common knowledge or if it was posted before, but I was wondering how HT would handle BB-8 and movement and I got my answer... I really wish they were selling this separately.

That's really cool how they did that but what if you want to pose bb8 with his his head tilted slightly or looking up or down? Doesn't look possible if I'm looking at that video right. It just always bounces back to top dead center.

Ya that was my question too, I really want to see how this will work because I love how BB-8 looks with his head tilted down, it just gives him a lot more personality I think, they do show him in that pose tho, so I'm sure we will be able to do it. I just hope it won't be easily shaken loose to the heads up pose.
