Well I dont know Mech Test but there will definitely be a new Tony sculpt with mark 7 and Im still hoping they will make a Racetrack Tony.

I really think they will make him cause they have made every other Cos-Baby from this line into a real figure except for Tony

awesome it worked ya i thought that button was just part of sculpt in the box lol. thanks. and yes id love to have a race tony then the 5 with him. dont think they'd re do the mech test since it was already good when it 1st came out.

The only reason the Mark IV is the only Ironman figure to get a full head sculpt is because he's seen in the film in the Mark IV without his helmet, from what we've seen so far of the Avengers he's only seen without a helmet in the Mark VI and if what I suspect is true and the Mark VII is only seen in the final 15-20 minutes of the film we may not even get a open helmet with a Tony Stark head inside (that will obviously all depend on whether we see his face in the Mark VII in the film or not)

Our best bet of getting a whole new Tony Stark sculpt will be if Hot Toys do a Mark VI 2.0 for the film.

hey guys. reviving a old thread but i just picked up a mech test loose with no instructions and havent been able to figure out how to turn on the hands. the boots and chest work but hands i cant find a switch. any help be awesome. thanks guys

Chest light switch is on the "back" of the figure's body, the switch for the palms is in the black fannie pack that hangs around his waist; it also hold the batteries for the palms, and the switch for the boots are on the bottom of the boots (there are about the same as the new MK II).

With prices for this figure hitting the $400 mark, and I do not own a Mark IV, I am wondering if I should just go for the Suit Up Gantry with the Mark IV? I just wish the gloves where off. Or at least one was off and the other on.

Don't waste you're money Nick, If that's what they are going for you should expect a re-issue any day now, every other Iron Man figure except this and the MK V has been reissued, varianted or remade, this won't be far behind i reckon

I've been thinking about selling mine, I still have him in the box in the closet, I opened him and inspected it to make sure it was'nt defective and never got around to displaying it. I'm not into having every ironman and have my mark 3 n 4 displayed, thats enought for me.

A few sold on the board for $220 - $250. I tried the "Wanted to Buy" thread about a month ago looking for it at $250 without success.

Beyond eBay, the cheapest I found it was $350 at Toys2.

Seriously? I never bothered looking further once I noticed the price. A reasonable mark up is fine however, a full fledged "bend you over" mark up is an easy pass
