The fabric obviously slides around the body, I just noticed if you pull the mask fabric back a little the forehead seam almost completely disappears. I will post some pics tomorrow.

I have not been charged yet and my order still says "processing". Hopefully it will be out tomorrow.
Mine arrived today from Toys2. The suit material is really thin, I hope it hold up. The shoulders seem odd as well. Perhaps a little futzing will take care of it. Otherwise, a totally badass figure.

If I may conclude: The ankle compose of a single ball joint socket?.
Figured it out.
You can pry the sole away, it's pegged in.
The fabric is stitched together, so i cut it away and then found out there is a rubber body!
Cut through that and found the source of the problem! Snapped ankle. Glued it, waited..
glued the rubber, waited....
restitched the seem...
reattached sole w/ pegs and it works!

I would have man but i was in too much of a stress to think about taking pictures!
However is a single ball joint socket.
Really it's an easy job to perform and the damage underneath can't be seen unless you take it all apart.
Basically the plastic at the feet can be pried away because it is attach by four pegs, two at the front, two at the back. Once that's done you see that the costume is stitched together roughly under the foot, this can be snipped in half.
From there the suit will roll up the leg, not loosing any elasticity. Then you see the rubber body which can be cut to see the ball joint.
It's very awkward as the actual socket is rectangular but the connector is a ball. I assume this is to allow for the foot to be pulled up and down a bit. This is what caused trouble the first time as the break would keep breaking every time i tried to fix it.
Either way, easy job. Spidey looks awesome now

I would've gone the exchange route too. It's great that a small spot of glue doesn't cause angst for some, but if it were me that's all I'd be seeing any time I tried to look at my Spidey figure... that spot of glue. It'd look enormous, especially with the rest of the figure being so perfect. And even if it didn't bother me at first, it would eat away at me over time. I'd get flashbacks of the exact moment when that glue found its way onto that sweet, beautiful fabric...
