I thought you all might want to see this if you haven't yet. We'll see how true it will be once the actual movie comes out...:wink1:

Is no one else interested in the prospects of a new Thor HT figure? If the costume was the same, I figure the chances of that would be relatively low. Now we pretty much know we're getting a new figure. And even if you don't like the way he looks re: sleeves, he'll probably have a beefier muscled body and a new head for part-outs. So many people complained about this Thor's head, that that would seem like a good thing to me.

Could care less about parts. I like the Thor as is and wouldn't be buying parts to change out. So saving myself money with Triple H being put out.

Well if you like the existing figure as-is and that satisfies your collecting needs, I guess the newer release wouldn't have affected you one way or the other. If it's about more or less HT offerings, I'm an advocate of more, and having more options for display.

I didn't buy THOR's figure and right now I'm happy to see I'll have a chance to get it :hi5:. I passed because I didn't like the "huge" helmet, the sculpt, the hair, the weakly arms/legs..... So hope they'll improve it:yess:

BTW: I like more without slevess :rotfl

If they had left the sleeves and made other tweaks I'd have gotten an Avengers version. I've got every iron man figure out there and will get the Avengers version same with Cap. What we've seen so far of Thor not happening. If I wanted the WWE in my collection I'd go to Target and buy some of those toys. :lol

I'm not sure that the pro 'rasslin knock has as much effect when you're talking about guys with super powers dressed up in shiny, colorful outfits to fight aliens and monsters. Is one really more ridiculous than the other? Guy dressed in red and gold armor flying around shooting lasers, guy dressed in U.S. flag throwing around a shield with boomerang powers, god guy flying around with red cape and giant hammer. Etc.

Are you seriously saying that comic book characters are on the same level as that garbage wwe stuff??

It may not have as much effect for those that still pay attention to the WWE. Me personally I would prefer Thor to stay looking as much as possible to the modern look/last movie and not a roided out WWE guy. As I said I know you're still into the WWE so it may not be an issue for you, but for me when I look at Thir I don't want to see Triple H.

its probably a lot easier for them to make that weird looking skinny/muscless body than it would be to make an 18" body that is as buff and ripped as hulk...

but I hope they do :D

Well the way i look at it is if they can do bikes, batmobiles,
22" Powerloaders and an 18" sully they can easily do a Hulk :)
