Anyways, where in the world did his hair go to when the helmet is on? His locks totally disappear.

Look closely at the hairline seam. Looks like his locks are removable.
Just like Hemsworth, he's wearing a rug.

Sorry to repeat myself, but looking at those new pics I gotta say that is the blandest head sculpt I've ever seen from Hot Toys.

He looks like he's rearranging his sock drawer.

Wrong! Thats his polishing his hammer expression.
(No, thats not a euphemism for anything else :pfft:)

I seem to remember some hair showing from under the helm in the official HT picts. In these new shots theres jack bupkiss.
Which edges it a little closer to the fail category.

I bet its not going to be easy to get that upper armor off to switch out bodies. The figure is going to be a pain to upgrade.

Why do you say that? It certainly doesn't look like the Barney Ross body to me. Too slim. BR has pretty big arms doesn't he?

The 1/6th scale Thor Limited Edition Collectible Figurine specially features:
- Authentic and detailed fully realized likeness of Chris Hemsworth as Thor in the Thor movie
- Approximately 30 cm tall
- Muscular body with over 30 points of articulations

I just firgured that or a Royce/whiplash type.

Still looks great. Strange seeing the helm on with no hair but we saw something a while back that showed the hair can come off or was off. So maybe thats what they're doing to make the helm fit better but it does look a little strange since there should be hair coming out a bit from under the helm.

The Whiplash body was the way to go I think but I still don't see arms that show me any bigger than Royce or Wolverine and Thor needs to be bigger than those two in my opinion.

But Hemsworth's not THAT big. Then we run into the problem of the figure not matching the actor. I wonder how tough it will be to swap bodies given that it looks like his clothes don't come off.

Yes, but I want Thor not Hemsworth. And if the clothes went on, they can come off. Where there's a will, there's a way.

Guess you're right- what goes on can come off. Just hope it can be done without damaging the clothes like cutting of ripping or the like.

In comic book, yes.

But Chris Hemsworth arent so much bigger than Hugh Jackman (wolvie)
