Iron Man will no doubt be getting a new armour.

I really cannot see any reason why Thor should get new threads.

The movies industry is unpredictable. Thhey make such interesting decisions in Hollywood, I would say.

I wouldn't be surprised if they made changes to his current costume.

I can't see them doing drastic changes to his suit and clearly from Thor we see that Asgardians don't wear the same outfit

I can only see them maybe making his costume armless or something to that effect.

I can easily imagine a sleeveless or capeless or slight tweaked armor.

I hope the Avengers have Thor with the chainmail on his legs and arms and less busy chest design. Longer hair and differing helmet
would also be welcome.

Again, I'm not so sure he'd have a helmet on much in The Avengers.

Hot Toys just has to make Loki! They'd be crazy not to. He was an awesome character, plus I really like the green/gold armor he wore!

On the other hand... this is HT we're talking about. They have been known to skip main characters from films before...
Although seeing that Thor is getting great reviews and seems to become a great financial success, I hope they'll treat this licence like they do the Iron Man ones and give us a number of amazing figures!

This licence could be a playground and goldmine for HT. So many awesome characters with so many awesome designs.
This is definitely a strong point IMO. Not just the hero and villain look awesome, you also have sidecharacters like: Sif, Heimdall and The Warriors Three which look really cool as well.

So I really, really hope that this line is far from finished and that they'll release more of these awesome figures!

Yeah, unfortunately that is more than likely...

A Destroyer really would be awesome, but how big should he be? Like 14" or 15" or so?

Somewhat presumptuous that Destroyer will be made seeing as he's double the height and, therefore new tech would be needed in his construction.
How big was that Sideshow statue of Destroyer? Would that make a good counter point to the HT Thor?

We won't know for sure until thursday, but they're showing pictures on tuesday, so if they have it near the new Thor PF? we should be able to get an idea of it's true size.

i cannot see the Destroyer getting made...not until perhaps Iron Monger...or Hulk.
It did take for ages to get at least 1 IM villain in Whiplash...i just hope it doesn't take that long for Loki.

Well in fairness Whiplash was one of the first figures released from IM2..it's not like we were waiting ages for him between the IM2 license announcement and his release, if were getting Loki he should come out fairly soon it's not like he is going to be a complicated production like Ironmonger hence why we have not yet got him.
