I saw a few people inspect it at the store when they bought it. I couldn't take a picture but it looked as good as the prototype they have displayed in their window case. Awesome figure.

The face seems different from the prototype. On the bright side, he no longer looks cross-eyed (which I thought he did in most of the convention snaps), but I think his nose may have gotten bigger.

Looks different to me too. Could be the way the mask sits on the sculpt but I'm not sure.

Still looks good and I can't wait to get it!

In the last pic, it does look like the proto but straight on it looks different. May just be the pics, though.

If I haven't watched Captain America or knew the cast, I wouldn't recognize the actor behind the sculpt of HT. Doesn't look Evans to me plus it looks diff. from the proto pics. Oh well, I'm still pumped to get this one. I just hoped they put some weatherings on the shield just like in the movie.

Hot Toys may have once again accidentally made a figure of the actor's stunt double.

That said, there's not a lot of pictures out there of Evans with the helmet on to make a good comparison.
