Took the words right out of my mouth. Comes with arguably less, costs $30 more. Shame, as if he'd been priced consistently with Captain America I'd have pre-ordered. With nothing but a cube and a tiny pea-shooter, I'm not seeing $200 worth of display possibilities here.

I guess it wasn't just Symbiote Spider-Man's base and new tooling that made him so expensive. I really like Red Skull, so I may buy from my favorite retailer, but $200 is definitely steep imo.

Wow 200 seems steep, I mean the figure looks amazing. Most Likely will buy, I already paid off my Iron Monger, so all thats left is Luke DX so I'm in pretty good shape this year!

To be fair, Cap didn't come with a 2nd head, which is more expensive to produce than a 2nd gun.

Yeah, he's $179.99 at Alter Ego. Still pretty high compared to Captain America at $152.99.

I have Joker and Batman, that's it.

There aren't many characters/figures I am interested enough in to drop $200 on.

This was always going to be a pass for me but I am somewhat surprised at the price tag at $200. Granted it has two sculpts I still feel it should still be in the $150 range for PO. Like with Odin, Goblin, and Todd - I think the market will drive the price down on this one once it is released. It may look tempting to order now but once there are announcements from licenses such as Predator/AVP, TDKR, and Avengers later in the year this will fall way down in the priority 'must have' list.

I don't po anymore unless it is apparent the item will sell out soon. I can use the time to be more selective and avoid cancellation fees. At $200 a pop the new way of doing things.....
