No it's not, and it's also nothing to break Hot Toys ass over.

Yeah they mentioned it in the specs but it was nowhere to be seen in the photos (which should have raised questions to begin with). Has Hot Toys ever mentioned something in the specs (most likely copied and pasted half the time) and then not included it?

I think that their little disclaimer in the picture translates across to the specs as well considering it's all about the same figure. Hot Toys even addressed the issue (Hot Toy spoke!!!) People just can't enjoy something which is sad because this figure rocks without the base!
