No, I never had the opportunity back then. Sometimes it's a good thing to wait though.

True that. This is definitely a step up from the original. If once you start down the dark path, forever will it dominate your collecting. I still have my original Joker with the BR head. Only reason I went from my TDK Batman to the DX02 was because I got it for $109. I updated my Predator but I think I need to hold strong from here on out.

I'm one of those collectors that seems to revamp his collection every 3-4 years. Having newer better releases plays a big part as well. 1/4 scale is my favorite scale but 1/6 will do when you have no other choice.

Right now it's all about Batman and Iron Man

I just managed to pick up an extra flame attachment off ebay for a little over £20 shipped.

Which was probably a bit pricey but I want to display my Mark I with a flame going on each arm....I now just have to wait for things to arrive

Sellers know what people would want to buy to upgrade their v1. Seen some dio base, head/helmet, and the flame parted out on the bay, but they are quite pricey.

To be fair it was more or less the sort of price I was expecting it to be so I'm happy enough.

I missed out on the original Mark I due to being out of HT collecting at the time so the 2.0 has come along at the right time for me.

Anyone know why the chest LED light is normal to turn dim (or extinguish after several minutes 'on' as reported in the HK toy forum) after certain period of time? Is it a feature or documented defect? I incline to think that it is the latter.

The "dimming" effect also happened to my Mark IV when i leave it turned on for around 20 mins or so

The lights dem because they're not meant to be flash lights,they're only meant to be on short periods of time...that's why we rarely see the lights on at the shows....20 min straight is way too long.
