No it's not.
Pull both hands off first and you're good to go.

Mine is pretty dim too... and the keypad itself seems to have a couple numbers worn off, luckily I am getting a replacement...

Let me know if the new one is any brighter. I switched batteries and it did nothing to change the brightness. Tough to tell because I have nothing to compare it to, except really good pictures that may be exposed longer to get it to look lit up like that. Mine looks great in pictures when I hold the exposure a little longer.

Are other people's keypads glowing much brighter in a dark corner of a daylit room?

Let me know if the new one is any brighter. I switched batteries and it did nothing to change the brightness. If you feel like tinkering around with the briefcase a bit, you can try prying off the keypad (or maybe the whole inner face comes off) and see if perhaps the led directly behind the keypad is set too far away from behind the keypad.

I hope that made sense.

My Fury arrived yesterday after a long ordeal! I bought him in the USA, and when I flew home, I found out that he wasn't in his box, and was still standing in the cabinet of the comic shop! I found it all hilarious really, considering he's THE spy and he escaped me.
Thankfully the shop was great about it, and sent Fury to me via mail.

Oh, and my keypad isn't so bright, though the rest of it is. You can't see it that well here though, I just like the picture... he looks confused. Haha!

HaHa, one of my Ring tones just went off. It was SLJ great timing. Guess I will see what I can pickup one for next year. It's going to be hard to add him as I only collect Armor and Helmet items.

Little nervous about ripping it apart. I loosely gave it a pull but it didn't give, lights flickered though. Would hate to bust it since it's still pretty cool and I wanted this to go with my Iron Man VII or maybe Loki.

His skull is just so big. Really throws off the figure for me.

It's a shame too, because apart from that, I can't fault the sculpt. Eyebrows down it's perfect.

I'm a newbie at this collectables gig, but I said the same thing when I first saw the figure - still trying to land one, though, because otherwise it's a seriously cool fig!
