SUCH FANTASTIC NEWS
I wanted to like Thor so much as he's my favourite Avenger, but couldn't quite pull the trigger. I can now see Hemsworth so clearly in this sculpt I immediately preordered from goodshipped (150 pounds in the end!). I have the original, but am so much looking forward to this now. Roll on march 2013 (when it will actually be released lol)

Someone mentioned on another thread, that they think fans emails have nothing to do with HT fixing the sculpts. The quote is

Those changes happen as the sculpt is perfected for production and it just looks like they listened to fans.


I am curious to know what reality is. Obviously, many members here want to think the complainst/emails they sent were the reason for the new sculpt. And clearly others think they would have improved the prototype with or without fan feedback.

I think its because of the fans, ever since ht revealed thor, everyone was complaining it looks like this and that(including me ) if it wasnt with all the negative comments,all those fans post on ht fb page or mayb from the email they receive, they wouldn't shown us any update for the sculpt

In some ways the first sculpt was better, it looks like it had more definition in the features and better work on the skin texture. So hopefully this isn't the final version we'll see, even though overall it is better. It's obviously not an entirely new sculpt, just a reworking, so I hope the tweak it a bit more.

Just that even with significant improvement to head sculpt you still don't like the figure, just sometimes how it goes.
