I think the Tesseract container is too small
Sexcellent pic, and yes i agree that the container is too small. Now instead of all this waffling back and forth about Thor's headsculpt, this is an objection I can actually agree with.

NpCheers man.
Hemsworth on the left, and a Klingon on the right.

I agree that is an awesome set photo. Hemsworth looks way bigger for some reason too. I always thought Hiddleston was at least 6 foot.
TH is 6 ft 2 inch

That photo gives off that impression, but they are not that much different in height
....Now those are some TRUE Asgardians.
That tesseract pic is just all kinds of win; thanks, person who originally posted it.
Edit: Here is a very interesting article about superhero costuming. I absolutely disagree with his premise that all superhero costumes, even movie ones, are inherently lacking and visually bad - I think its *very* possible to have someone in costume and looking wonderful, as both Hemsworth and Hiddleston show above.

But its still an interesting article. To wear comics-based costuming, one much be perfectly fit and the costume must be the highest of very high-end... if you can meet those requirements, you have a chance. I will agree with him that most people cosplaying at conventions should cut it out, because they have no possibility of even coming near the character they have in mind.
I think you're missing the point. No matter how good, you can never have someone looking AS GOOD as the figure in the comics. Those costumes are perfect, on perfect bodies. No wrinkles, no seams, hugging the body to ridiculous degrees. Costumes like Thor and Loki worked because they departed from the original design to make them more "real" but in doing so they ground the characters in a way that their comic counterparts are not.

No offense guys, but all I'm hearing is blah blah blah, lol. Movie costumes are either great or horrible, and Marvel ones are great. Yeah real costumes will never look like the comics, but why would you really want them to? You know how silly most comic costumes would look translated to the real world? I think Marvel has gotten the perfect blend, but it's taken a long time to find that balance. Why shouldn't people dress up? If they enjoy it who cares.
