The 3 tihings I will look for if/when they update the proto are:

1 - that hideous line on the top of the head/mask
2 - the long neck
3 - the body used ( the SDCC body looks totally different than the reveal pics body )

The costume, colors, eyes, I'm ok with.

They can get rid of that line by making the mask sculpted and not material. I honestly wouldn't see the difference... the material right now looks like it's sculpted anyways.

Another thing I just keep noticing as I am trying very hard to like this figure and its not happening is the obnoxious waist seam. Even liking the movie I will wait for something better.

That neck is ____ing ridiculous.

I think all of the most recent pictures have the neck set up wrong. It's like the corners all got pushed inside when they inserted the neck/head. Someone was just not paying attention. Same thing with those other pics.

That is, unless they made a change for the worse. Like they did here:

WTAF why are their two versions of this figure? Since when did they decide that and why is the other one not available for pre-order?

I am pissed now, the battered suit one looks so much better and they got the eyes a better colour! Grrr...

battered suit one? where?

There was a pic some where comparing the two suits, the other one is all dirty from battle. I have also been told that the headsculpt we have seen with the cut on Garfield's cheek is the battle damage head sculpt!

I wouldn't judge based on what was seen on SDCC, as of today that prototype has already been rejected and is now obsolete. The new version looks much better, and there could possibly be newer revisions down the line that fixes other issues not addressed yet.

:goodpost: the con pics are irrelevant as it's not an accurate look as the stage the figure is in.

Looks good and i'm sure it'll look even better........

IN SIX MONTHS!

:lol :exactly:

_______

is it likely the headsculpt will be one sculpted piece of both neck and head or a neck post and headsculpt connecting?
