The neck is my only huge problem, I think HT will fix this If not, so what, I'll just have to pose it differently.

I actually love the color of the lenses. It makes it unique and stands out differently compared to Raimi's Spidey by HT, which I also love which is what they probably wanted. I'm buying it, because well....It's Spidey!

I'm definitely going to paint the shooters silver.

A crap costume design from a crap movie equals one of the lamest figures I've seen from Hot Toys.

I do appreciate how skinny the TT on this is, though.

Is bandito around? Does anyone know what type of body this is?

Unfortunately I will not be picking this version of Spidey up, would not pick him up if he was $39.99 much less $200. I'd like to have a Spidey one of these days.... but it won't be this one. Nice try - but I am still passing this one up.

People like yourself take over the forums and find flaws in everything. Then begin to bully the people who are in the thread who like the product.

Then the people who like the product give up posting and looking in the forum and move on with their lives and wait till they see the final product before acting like the world has ended.

It looks fine in toy hunters window and I will be getting once it is out.

I am upset with the awfulness of this figure because I was looking forward to it very much...I am scorned. So I vent. I come here because I keep hoping they will basically redo most of it. The suit itself I dont have a huge problem with except for it needing some weathering and a few changes here and there.. the head is terrible. Hot Toys can make a Jack Sparrow that looks lifelike in my opinion, but a mask with two eyes they cant get right? Come on...thats HS. The lenses are off..everyone knows it and has complained about it from day one...easy fix, but its not. At this price (which is high, I dont care how you slice it) people expect perfection..and they deserve it. You say "Then dont buy it" but I really wanted this figure..but I will not be buying it looking like this.

Just remind yourself it's not the final figure. They've already updated the lens frames on their latest prototype, stands to reason other elements will be addressed.

been lurking this thread a bit and while im not a fan of this figure i think that it has more to do with the suit doesnt translate well to 1/6...it has a rubbery appearance from what ive seen in the trailer (havent seen the movie it yet) and HT kind of pulled that look off, but in doing so it affected adversely.
