Yeah but they still got the proportions wrong. Not a big deal but if you place the RDJ headsculpt next to the IM helmet and compare the size no way it would fit inside.

True that. Is not a big deal for me. But I'm sure they'll release Iron Man 2.0's and 3.0's in the future in true 1/6 scale.

The more I look at this Mark VII, the more I realize 2 things.
One, this is the coolest Mark design of all 7. I love it. I love the acceossoies, the BD parts, the removeable thighs, LOVE IT!
Two, as much as I love the design of the Mark VII, I realize that this, and Marks III, IV, and VI and pretty much all the same color scheme. Thats 4 Marks @ 95% ( IMO ) identical in color scheme. I love and have Mark III, BD III, IV and VI. And Mark VII is ordered. It makes me SOOOOOOO glad they are going in a different direction for Mark VIII. Even if the colors we saw at SDCC are accurate, I AM THRILLED that we will probably get an extremely different Mark color scheme next year.
Hell, I'm still hoping we see a Stealth IM.

That is partly why the Mark I and the Mark V intrigue so much. They just really stand out as different in so many ways. The clunky-bulky Mark I is just sooooo retro-awesome.... whereas the Mark V is sleeker, slimmer and very 'Bond'-ish in its delivery system.

Hot Toys really needs to adjust the head sculpt before release. It looks decent but the eyes and hair need work. At this point it doesn't seem like there is any time left for that though.

the movies are inconsistent as well beteeen the practical and cg suit. You also cant take the top of the hair as the top of the head. Look at the end of the avengers when tony is laying on the ground, the suit suddenly shrinks to paper thin, especially aroung his head
This is why it really doesnt bother me too much
