I just want to say thank you to the peeps who are talking about these being art and that we as collectors can get a bit quibly about them when in reality people outside the small 'collectors circle' admire and are fascinated by the likeness, the quality, etc.

It was very good perspective and it was very refreshing to read. Especially here.

I don't get why the exclusive doesn't have free shipping and the non exclusive does. That's kinda of a nasty way to make the exclusive more expensive without seeming like it is. It's hiding cost which always irritates me. Like Mattel including in their shipping warehouse costs so that the shipping on a 6" figure is more than that on a 1/6 scale figure (for me, iirc, $13 for UPS on a $20 figure).

Agreed. My wife thinks HT products are also amazing!

As for what to do with the little exclusive thingy, put him beside a light and enjoy his glow. It could add more spark to a display. :wink1:

Funny you would say this. I have a rule, that was a major rule till this item. EX ONLY! (if there is one). Only the shipping on this for me is $18 or so (Tax is higher then shipping for me, I live less then two hours away from SSC).

I got thinking what am I going to do with that little IM? Then I thought What am I going to do with that little $18 IM, Then I thought I am going to get points one way or another and cancel the ex. 1st time,

Really what are or what do you do with the little im guy?

I don't think it has anything to do with the free shipping or not. It has more to do with % on there parts. The EX is theirs to sell and make more off of. They bring in HT and sell them to retailers. Those are way cheaper, the ex is only for them to sell. They make more profit.

Not for nothing but I'm sure you could sell him for $40 easy after he comes out.

Wait till she starts collections.

They're called handbags and shoes and collecting these is said to be in their DNA.

Seriously. People are wowed when I tell them how much these figures cost but they are silent on how much I spend on Louboutin shoes & Vuitton bags for my girl.

The shoe closet looks like a high end collection bin for donations going to Africa or somewhere.

I'm a guy and spend a lot of money on shoes and clothing. Way more than on toys.

I have a messenger bag but only have the one. It was pretty expensive but I've had it for five+ years.

I also have a sister, who as you might expect is a girl. She only has one purse and way less in the way of clothing and shoes than I do. Like most Floridians she pretty much only wears sandals.

:lol

Serious, I got too many clothes and it's a lot of crap I don't wear and ****! I also got a ton of shoes I use either; damned Nike Jordans(all ones). Dunks. Whatever. Christ.

Time for me to sell or send to good will.

We're getting off topic, but I have a lot of boots. I wear most of them and probably 5-6 pairs on a regular basis. The one thing I probably have too much of is sweaters and coats. I live in Florida and I have more sweaters and coats than any other article of clothing. I do work in a very cold office that requires me to wear something warm every day but… still.
