So is this actually shipping next week then? If so I need to call and get it charged. They moved my last flex to June 5th.

Congrats to all who converted!

Its not shipping next week..we are still a good month away from U.S. shipment. Also a waitlist conversion means that you have now secured a preorder for the mark vii.

I got on the wait list on May 5 and got the conversion notice on May 10.[/QUO

I accidentally got on the waitlist for the exclusive on April 30. If I would have chosen the regular then I would have mine converted :monkey2

I always felt the Ex would be harder to get a waitlist conversion on. I don't care for the Ex anyway so it was easier for me to go for the sure thing.

Im on the waitlist for the ex. im getting 3 in total (2 from my LCS) and one is gunna be custom painted BD, hopefully it converts!

I think the PI version has the proportions pretty much 100% compared to HT but, it just costs so damn much :panic:

:exactly::exactly: You would think they would adjust a bit as people are ready for HT to have some competition. Especially when it comes to IMs.

There strategy is perfect for a company that wants to take sales from the market leader. Not! Whoever is running that company needs a talking to. You are not going to dethrone the king by charging more or even the same as he is. If the prices are the same I would get the HT. I am sure that is the same for the majority of customers. What are they thinking being more expensive? Maybe in a few years we can get these figures cheap from the bargain box when this business strategy fails.

I do like the elbows more on the PI version but like the hips more on the HT I think. They look more continuous.

Yeah hips look a little off, but if you could get the PI version without the hall of armor (so cheaper) then i probably would as i think it's proportions are almost perfect.

PI or any company will only be competition to a certain degree. They'll never be able to make the same characters in the same scale at the same time. License restrictions won't allow it.

Thats why both 1/6 mark VII PI figures were only available in Singapore.
