The interesting thing is...

"We have found a Hot Toys Movie Masterpiece Series Iron Man Mark VII Sixth Scale Figure - The Avengers for you! Your wait list reservation ...... for this item is due to become a live order on 2013-05-14. Your item will then ship out to you shortly after that!"

Is that just a default message? Or did they just slip up and not send out the 'shipping soon' emails?

and doesn't this figure require a NRD to process the order?

That only means your order is going to change from a waitlist order to a regular order on May 14, not that it's going to charge that day and start processing. Mine converted a month or so ago so I got the same email with a different date.

That could be quite interesting. Would have a kinda War Machiney look given how heavily weaponed it is.

Hey guys who got their waitlist converted, on the conversion date are they charging you just the deposit or the entire amount of $250?

My waitlist converts later this week, want to have enough funds.

I find it odd if they are the charging the entire amount. There has been no indication of a overseas release by any of the blog collectors. Plus there has not been a shipping/charging soon email by sideshow.

Please let me know, and thank you

I might dig that. What are the chances of that happening?

It would look a little like this

I am still on the fence right now if I want to gamble on that PI version even though its quite expensive. The PI version to me seems to have the elbow joint thickness correct because its metal while HT have to make it thinner with the top of the join thicker to make up for the plastics weak durability compared to the metal alloy.

I'm very interested in the RAW Mark VII. I have the Exclusive Mark VII and the BD Mark ordered, so this is the only different version of Mark VII available in 1/6.

Unfortunately, I was told by someone in Singapore that the RAW version was so limited and hard to get, that it wasn't even made available to the masses there.:gah:

It was up for order for one month in March. Your going to be paying a lot when you find a seller.

I do like the elbows more on the PI version but like the hips more on the HT I think. They look more continuous.

On some of the pictures of the PI VII the hip does look a bit too large. Might be interesting to see how the Diecast version will look like if Hot Toys are serious about doing diecast version in the future.
