they wont, they will only move them to july 10th. they have no more to allot to peoples orders

not unless they decided to give me a load of crap yet again...which honestly wouldn't surprise me

They just changed mine earlier today. I pre-ordered the exclusive version.

i called bright and early (about 30 mins after they opened) this morning and got told they wouldn't do it and that july 10th was the earliest they would move it too because they all stock was already allocated to other orders :mad:

i dont mind waiting a couple weeks but this isnt the first time ive had inconsistent stories form SSC not matching what they have told others.
 
So the regular version is estimated to be shipped in July and possibly even August for us to receive it...?

I noticed my final flex pay was moved from June 15th to July 15th. SSC has really surprised me lately with their bad customer service. I never heard back from them about a defective C3PO and now this. I have about had it with them. I ordered this thing the first day it went up for pre-order and I am being penalized for Flex paying. They have had the majority of my money for months now.

I dont see how Hot Toys delaying the figures shipment to Sideshow being bad CS on their part? Sideshow has really no control on when the figure gets to them. They merely make sure the last payment is when the figure ships. If you dont like the fact that you have paid off most of the figure before you get it why choose flexpay? Just have one payment when it ships?

I think the problem most of us are having is ssc wont bump up our flexpay which is what we all want.

What angers me more is I have one flexpay left for my bd mk vii which will get delayed and ill be dealing with this all over again. Luckily my wifes order was single payment.

Sideshow changed my flexpay date to june 25th for me when it was scheduled for July 5th. All you need to do is chat with their customer service representative on their website via "live chat"

I would think most people would know that by now...I've been doing that for the last 6 or 7 months since I started using flexpay. :dunno

If people didn't know about this until now and sideshow does have a busy day tomorrow, well maybe that's a good thing, because it should show them that they should have a system in place to make sure those who ordered first and have paid for most of the figure should receive their figures first.

Yeah, cause the system of giving people a interest free installment plan to pay for a figure is such a disservice, and increasing their cash flow by filling the full payment orders is really dumb.:cuckoo:

I just don't see how they stay in business.

If you know they keep sliding the flex pays then why continue using the service? Be disciplined and put the money away yourself and get the figure earlier paying in full. Kind of a entitlement statement about pay first receive first.

I understand they work customer service and it is their job, but blabbing that you can get it changed (which they did for you as a favor), could end up messing you and others over in the future if there are unruly people demanding their flex payments be changed. God knows the world is going to end if 500 people don't get their plastic dollies 4 weeks earlier.

People are making these payments before they even receive the figure. Payments better be interest free.

As far as I know the regular version is arriving a little later than the exclusive...so I'm not sure sideshow knows when they will be receiving it. They probably won't let you change until they do.

:clap My sentiments exactly. SSC can only give out what is shipped to them from HT. It's not really fair for them to be on the receiving end of so much anger. They don't have control of how many HTs makes and sends out to them. And also, be thankful, there are many who would love to be in the position of getting one without resorting to ebay or signing up on the waitlist.
 
To be fair, I only flexed payed because they usually get them earlier than single payment orders, but that plan backfired.

Hokie makes a point, take a chill pill and relax till the dollie arrives. I really want it pushed up, but now im whatever. Im still getting it, just ten days later.
