You could get both, usually someone gets one and then they want a another one. Silver Centurion will not be out until really late next year, Plenty of time to save up.

They hold some back. Maybe a couple of percent of the entire amount ordered, in case they have to raid those "spares" for pieces delivered to customers that have flaws.
After a certain time after the last complaints, they just sell off the remainder items.
I wouldn't worry about it.
