There will be one sad day when Downey will no longer be Iron Man. If that comes, they just need to not make any more Iron Man movies for a long, long time.

If Downey keeps enjoying the movies, I can see us getting through Iron Man 5 and Avengers 3 with him. So, that's at least 8 more Marks!

That fills me with both dread and elation.

This will be the first Iron Man I get, and so far it looks like it will be pretty cool. I hope they include a new Tony Stark HS, but I'm not going to count on it.

I don't think it's necessarily him enjoying the movies. I think it's more of an obligation because he has to do 3 Iron Man movies and the next avengers movie because of his contract. But RDJ is the Iron Man. I would love it if more IM films came out.

Cool preview. This will be my first and probably only IronMan figure, a least for a long while. I love the design and hope it comes with a full RDJ sculpt along with a sculpt in the helmet

The armors add-ons are modular/replaceable as one of the promo pic has the rib (of the armor off) gold showing

Well, you never know the truth but he's expressed his enjoyment playing the character more than once in interviews. Plus, he's set to make over 50m from Avengers alone because after Iron Man he negotiated a deal to get a percentage of profits from the back end! So that's gotta help.

I'm starting to wonder if, with this armor, we'll get interchangeable panels to represent the bulkier thruster suit instead of BD panels like the VI. I suppose they COULD do both... but I'm kind of doubting it.

That would be my ideal packout JonWes, along with a RDJ HS and extra BD face plate. I expect Hot Toys will do a separate BD MKVII, so at this point I just hope we get a new RDJ HS and interchangeable armor pieces with the initial MKVII. With all of these Iron Man figures though, I'd like to think we'd start getting some other easter egg type of accessories. Maybe his movie outfit, the MKVII bracelets, or a drink.
