I don't think what we have seen of Hulk and Mark 7 are official teasers. They are early builds of a prototype and there will be another actual teaser of the finished proto later on. I think the fact that they showed us this means these 2 were not as far along as the others but they just wanted to declare that they were working on it, so we don't panic about them omitting the 2 most wanted characters

Agreed. There promo shots are professional looking like movie posters. When they officially do tease us, it'll be amazing I'm sure!
