doubt it since i have only ever bought 1 thing in the marketplace and got good feedback and never sold anything on it lol

I'm on the wait list too. I am hoping as this was going to be my first iron man. I rarly get to buy hot toys due to crap job. But I wish it was limit one per person/household to make it fair to the actual fans who wanted to keep it. (Idk if it was 1 per person or not. Was sold out when I found out it went up for sale)

Hey mate, yeah I asked Animarket (they're fantastic Aussie HT sellers). I got a prompt reply, they said they are unsure but if they'll get this they let me know asap. I'm not very hopeful though as this is limited and low quantity allocation per region (I don't even know if they have some allocated for Australia), but oh well, let's see. Let's keep each other updated then.

It probably was, but people can always get around that with multiple accounts. Not much you can do about that. If they ship it to the same address they're screwed.

Yes I signed up for the email but never got anything and still haven't. I watched this everyday hoping to get my first iron man and probably my only hot toys buy of the year. But I was out running errans and I usually check the forums to see anything but the 3 hours I was running around I didn't know it was for sale. If I got a email I would have stopped and bought it but got nothing :-/

It probably was, but people can always get around that with multiple accounts. Not much you can do about that. If they ship it to the same address they're screwed.

Actually what really matters is the name on the account and the name on the credit card. For ex a husband and wife can both get one as long as they both have an account and a credit card in the own name.

Nope, I do believe they don't allow it if the shipping address is the same for both accounts.

Just out of curiosity when do they determine this and cancel the order? or if your credit card billing address is not the same as your shipping address when does sideshow cancel your order? would it be before they take your NRD or is it at the end when they go to ship it?

I put in for just one but will probably end up trading it for something else. I am a big fan of the Iron Man series but ended up getting rid of all my Hot Toys....Bah, such an addiction and this one did not help by looking so awesome, plus the exclusiveness about it made it hard to not pull the trigger for me. We will see where I stand on it once I get it in hand.
