Nope, I do believe they don't allow it if the shipping address is the same for both accounts.

The only way you can do so is if the billing and shipping is different. I believe if you have two account with the exact same shipping and billing, they will process it and cancel it or do something along those line.

Yeah you could be right, but what if you had 2 different account with two different names and credit cards, but same address. That's what I was wondering/meaning.

Anyone remember if there was a decent number of waitlists converted for the Mark VI promo?

I was trying to remember that. I think there was. There's a long thread for it. I know there was talk of there being 3000 of those, but I have no idea if we ever found out the true number that Sideshow got. It was quite a few. Limited doesn't mean rare.

that is insane....I was at the car dealership in the middle of negotiating the price on a new family car when I got the email and ordered it within 10 minutes or so on my phone....gotta love technology...I didn't think it would sell out that fast.

I never pegged you for a big Iron Man collector, Sam. I always thought you were one and done with the best one, Mark IV. I've got a lot, but I'm not playing the $300 Iron Man figure game.

the mark VI didn't have emails sent out the second it went up. im sure that contributed significantly to the quickness of orders

The Mark VI had no email notification like this one, which lead to a slower sale for it, while this one had people scrambling around when the email hit.

Yeah, those Mark VI figures sold out pretty fast. Thankfully, my go to places came through that time.

I even have the stupid grey Mark IV and Milk Machine, but they've surpassed the price I'm willing to pay for Hot Toys with these Iron man 3 releases. I kind of want the Mark 42 since it looks quite different and is supposed to be the main armor in the movie, but I'll probably pass on that too.

You are right, though. The damage on this one does look cool.

If you like it's view point, its an amazing show. My favorite show on TV actually.

Its got a new season starting this summer. Definitely has not been canceled.

Agreed about the prices. I am more into customs than official HT or Sideshow pieces at this point, in part, because they feel more like they are worth the price considering what goes into them and the edition sizes. But also because Iron Man and Joker are only going to do so much for me.
