Naw! but when is to sell their new products then they send me tons of emails but never for limited edition collectibles

I cannot believe this. Feels like SS has a favorites email list haha

We can sort it out easily.
I got the email at 23:04 on the friday night(GMT), and my email confirmation of my order is 23:05:35(I considered it long and hard for about 60 seconds...).
That should have been 17:04 your time as i understand it(As i write this it is 18:49 here(GMT), for you to work out the correct time difference).
If that's true, check your email from SS, and let us know what timestamp you have on your incoming email. If it was 17:03 local time or thereabouts, we received it at the same time.
If you got yours after 20:00 on the friday, then maybe you got a time delay. As far as i am aware it took three hours to trip over to the waitlist.
I was trying to nail this down a while back to try and make sense of who got the email and at what time, and everyone who chimed in got it at the same time as i.
Let us know when your email came in.

About the emails: Sending out thousands of emails at once puts a pretty huge strain on a website's server, more than you would think. This may be a reason for sending them out in waves.. (Not saying this happened, just a possibility)

I actually saw the link on this thread first, then checked my email and then saw the email to order. Had I not checked here first, I might have missed out.

Woo Hoo, its Groundhog day on the Mark VII BD thread again!

"The Great E-Mail Conspiracy" :rotfl

Great movie BTW!

I never got the email either. It was sold out before I even knew it was available. Unfortunately, Sideshow Freaks is a banned site by my work, so missed the announcement here as well.

To get it ontopic: If you had to choose between this and the normal mark VII, what would you go for and why? Since this saturday I will get the chance to preorder this BD version from a local shop, but I can't afford both pieces so I need to decide which to go for tomorrow..

The main thing stopping me from instantly going for this BD version is the less bulky look since it lacks the shoulder pods, and the no wrist lasers.. Other than that I really love this BD paintjob :/

Buy the BD mark VII, sell it and pick up the regular mark VII and put some money in your pocket or buy another figure with it. Pretty simple man. The simplest answer is the easiest.

I have both on PO but I've decided to most likely stick with this one. I just like the paint job and how unique it looks. It will have a great shelf presence. I also like the Stark head/face with the BD much better than the Stark impersonator head with the regular.

I have the BD, the normal Mark VII, and the Ex Mark VII on pre-order. I'll probably keep the BD and Ex Mark VII's and sell the normal eventually. Then again, of the BD tops $1000, its gonna be hard not to part with it.

My figures arent leaving my possession unless maybe scarlett johansson personally offers to come to my house and work out a deal...
