Well, they actually haven't shown the headsculpt other than the prototype pics. So, it's possible, but unlikely.

Yeah I agree, chances are very slim, but I feel there is still a small chance...since they haven't shown the figure at any of the special events they've had. It would look waaaaay cooler that way, in my opinon.

I hear ya. The helmet would look a lot more battle damaged with the broken wires or scraps around it. I still can't decide how I would display him, but with that effect I would go with the open helmet.

not the best RDJ sculpt, but not the worst, besides I don't really care cuz im never gonna really use it, mine will be displayed the Bd helmet.

I was hoping Hot Toys would nail it, but I don't think they did. His eyes look off. That's why I want the BD Mark VII to be that way so atleast I would have one figure with a RDJ headsculpt displayed.

Oh well if they don't, they both still look awesome

I don't think there is a HS that HT has made to be 100% accurate. Its impossible and unrealistic to expect. I think some are closer to their real life selves than others. The BD proto looks fine to me. It looks a lot like RDJ. Perfect? Nope. But it resembles him a lot.
