Wow, Barry, where does the head sculpt on your regular Mark VII come from. It almost looks identical to the sculpt on the BD Mark VII minus the blood

This is a must own for any HT collectors--the Superman Returns pose is really cool too. I just think the Iron Man gantry with BD7 just really shows off all the angles.

Someone in the forums also posted a picture of the HT Hulk holding tony stark who has fallen from the sky. Thinking of getting hulk just for that pose! Also considering the gantry now too...darn it!

The Gantry is cool(I normally have my second MKIII in there, as per the vids above), but with the technology shown for the MKVII and beyond(The armours opening like flower petals front OR back as required), it's almost like a gantry is no longer required for later models constructed after the MKVI.

Not for my display. But for a the MKVII(That can not only fly after you and attach itself, but can open up to let you go and have a coffee), and all the MKs up to 42 able to fly across the country and attach themselves to him on the fly, it seems like the latest armours are capable of attaching and detaching themselves far fast and more efficiently than the gantry could.
I love having it.
But the later armours just don't need it.

I suppose. But even then, the HB armour is larger, so it would only need to be a small portion of it opening up.
And isn't he supposed to be in an armour inside the hulk buster too?

Of course. In my mind, i need no excuse to keep the gantry. Even of the MKI, MKII, MKIII, MKIV and MKVI were rebuilt from scratch to include the new technology of free attachment in a future movie, i'd still have the gantry to hark back to the first and second movies when he needed it to attach the suits.
