Strange how it doesn't have any features.

No missiles, rockets, lasers, flaps, guns.

I know there wasn't any snown in the movie but still would've been good for it to have some since without them it's a weak seeming armour, even the MK2 had more to offer Tony in the final battle

No disrespect but you've answered your own question: There wasn't any rockets or missiles and lasers so naturally there's isn't any of that on offer. Its quite amusing how some folk rattle on about some of Hot Toys releases and the lack of accessories when the character it's based on was the same?

It's unique enough for me to pull the trigger. Roll on Gemini armour

Think I may wait for BBTS, maybe I'll just go through Sideshow. Really really want this suit!

EDIT- just PO'd through Sideshow. Anybody else notice how more and more releases aren't requiring an NRD unless you're ordering 2 or more?

The only other suits I think I'd want are Igor, Gemini and Bones.

This guy and the diecast Mark 42 have the same estimated shipping date of February 2014. I know they probably won't drop until the middle of next summer, but I hope they space them out by a few weeks

I love it but $250 for it? Holy ****. I understand the whole "Can't reuse parts, added cost, blah blah blah" but that's still a ****ing amazing cost for a 1:6 scale figure. I'm not worried it's going anywhere really so I can pass for now and see if I hit a leprechaun down the road or something and find some cash.

Hmmmmm, I like it more than I thought I would, but, needs something extra at that price point! A new head sculpt, diorama base..... something.

Nice, but waaaaaay overpriced.

I'm a new collector of Hot Toys. It really seems like the trend is for Hot Toys to prey upon us and keep raising these pre order prices. I have the saved Hidden search for Hot toys and seen prices for Iron men Armor used to be around 189.00 so this new trend in them selling for over 200 is crazy...way over 200.00 with less and less accessories....

I personally don't know if I picked the right hobby and may just focus on my Masterpiece Transformers line....

You're definitely right and the prices have steadily gone up. Unfortunately for me, I love these figures and they've got me hook line and sinker.

Just pre-ordered this bad boy at SSC. They were already sold out at BBTS which is where I usually get them to avoid CA sales tax. Oh well.

It does look sweet. But I'm confused why HT decided to forgo the diecast thing with this figure, because they said it would be diecast in previous announcements.

Yeah, I'm pretty new to the hobby as well. I started collecting last year. I thought $220 was a good price for a figure, but then I started looking at the older ones, like Mech Test Tony, and how they were only $150. It was a sad day!

I was hoping this would come in at $225, but $250 isn't terribly over priced. The figure is ******in gorgeous and worth the half tank of gas they're asking.
