I think that's a given at this point. Both him and Gemini have been in static poses since they have been shown. I would assume they are working on articulated versions while continuing to show the same protos at shows.

I thought you were wrong ive seen some of other photos when he do different pose and the light is on. And its very very awesome! but unfortunately it seems the leg isnt going to be very much poseable i think

That's a statue by Gentle Giant, apparently 1/4 scale.

HT showed him off at the San Diego Comic Con this year, so his prototype is done at least, but as for how far they've come since then, nobody really knows. Could be a couple months easy before he goes up for pre-order.

What the consideration is, silver centurion and zod already "set" to release eta Q4 of 2014. I reeaaally hope that igor and gemini doesnt comes out december 2014 or early 2015. Its just too long. And in case too the figure got delayed very long like amazing spiderman. That makes it 1 year and a half or more

I'd love to see it in a flight pose, with the arms straight down, and legs straight(Or as straight as they can go).
This behemoth in flight would be quite a sight.
