Yep, was front row for the AoU panel at SDCC this year.

And yes I'm bragging.

But, I also slept outside on concrete, got about 1.5 hours of sleep, and waiting in line 16 hours. So there's that.

From the looks of the damage, it might have been my ex-girlfriend. She could really throw a mean saucepan. There were times when having a vibranium shield would have come in handy.

This was our view for the Hobbit panel (zoomed out as far as I could on my phone):




This was our view for the Avengers panel:



And the reason we only got 1.5 hours of sleep was because we all started falling asleep around 1am and at 2:15 these guys stopped by and took photos with everyone at the front of the line.







Plus that day we got our Photoshopped Avengers poster signed by everyone except RDJ and ScarJo who were not at the signing.



And during the signing, my Son was wearing his Kid Coulson costume, and pulled out his four vintage trading cards, and Chris Evans signed them.



This is when Chris was signing them.



Then my Son Showed them to Nick Fury (this was on the Marvel website).



And they are now framed and proudly displayed in my office.



So.....worth it.

Thranduil is played by Lee Pace, who also played Ronan the Accuser in Guardians of the Galaxy
