I've seen people begging for some random Cantina/Jabba's Palace alien so I don't understand how you someone not love this actually: they're Stormtroopers, they're in the movie. All in.

Yeah, it's a bit strange that these are so different from the (unreleased) Marmit versions. I seem to recall the Marmits were screen accurate but these have totally different backpacks and hose connection point. There were two variations, maybe this is the other one.

Haha, I lol'd pretty hard at this one. Why can't they just re-release the Stormtrooper? Well, as long as it's not the price of a stealth armour, I'm prolly in. You guys in America bought out my side of the world's Stormtroopers. By the time I'm ready to get the regular, it'll have to be from the States and cost about $150 more...

I love star wars but don't really know every variant of stormtrooper that has existed. Is this EU or was spacetrooper glimpsed on screen at some stage? Has there been a spacetrooper in any other figure form before?

All good found an answer. It's onscreen so good work by hot toys. I really hope they only do onscreen characters in future.

It didn't matter to me how well done their Stormtroopers were before. Now it does. This is awesome.

They appear 3 seconds in ANH. When the millenium is drew by the death star. They are a sort of night porter of the death star!

I'm with you on this one. I skipped the shadowtrooper as its EU but this one, even with a 1 second screen time is very tempting. Gonna wait for retail price before i decide though.

So, I'm going to Celebration and I'm completely unfamiliar with convention exclusives from Hot Toys. Does this mean that they will actually have this to purchase at the convention (and walk away with) or simply just for preorder?
