They won't include it. They teased it with the HB and it was never included. And I feel like I've seen a swap-able arm piece for another IM that never made it either.

I think this one will be. It's a pretty major piece to go along with the battle damage/scene specific aspect. So entertain the it anyways...do you think this would be a lower percentage diecast figure than?

It was the IM2 MK6 that had the extra arm that you are thinking about and it was included. I actually had that one for awhile but sold it a couple years ago.

I would assume all the arms will be diecast. It’s really not that difficult to pop the arms/legs off these diecast figures.

most of the time (excluding the body used for WM MKII/Hot Rod/etc) the arms, body and head are plastic with a couple DC pieces (bicep cover for example) tossed in. It's manly the legs that are DC and the BD arm is easier to do in plastic.

I wish the new MK6 had a BD arm like the original and this one it was a cool extra.

Well the ball joint and socket are all plastic on the diecast arms so I’m not sure exactly why they would need to make the rest of the arm all plastic, but who knows until it’s actually out I suppose. Unless it has to do with the paint apps I suppose?

Because they are not all DC. Even the product specs for these says "contains some diecast content". Kind of like how a food might say "contains some peanuts". I (for some really insane reason) have all of the diecast IM HT has made so far and the arms are at least 90% plastic on all of them.

I destroyed my DC war machine MKI to get a replacement and we were laughing at how little DC is in it and that is my heaviest one besides HB. I love my IM figures and i look at the DC figures as more of 2.0 or 3.0 more than diecast at this point. I would still buy this even if it was all plastic. They are better built and more accurate than the 1st versions.

I am really looking forward to this one. I even have a custom Stark in the racing suit to put with it.

Sellers in Hong Kong don't even have it in stock yet, so there is no way it is making March for us. I'm anticipating May/June hopefully.

With all these recent releases, I'd say it'd be a welcomed delay if this gets released in May/June. :yess:

Considering pulling the trigger on this. Since this isn't an exclusive, has been pushed back so much, and there are so many upcoming DC iron man figures.... I'm guessing that this isn't something I need to pre-order right? Just trying to spread it all out.

Probably not. People have been dropping their preorders on BBTS.

Hopefully it releases in May...gotta give my wallet a bit of breather!

May, June, July..... I'm not in a rush either :lol

This armor is going to look great though. The Mk6 has really elevated my expectations for these IM figures. I'll be happy to have it whenever it is released!
