Mostly it's just a flyer of latest items coming, up for preorder, or being given away through contest, occasionally there's stories, I think they rely more so on people following the blog for info and use the newsletter as a sales flyer.

I miss the old newsletters... I remember waiting for them to drop and the occassional "limited stock" figure notifications that would send us scrambling to the site to be greeted by a sold out figure and some member bragging about buying 3

The lack of more gloved hands does seem like a strange omission. I mean only one fist and one attached to the light up blade doesn't seem right. Hopefully they add more to the final release.

Absolutely ****ing stunning! This looks exactly how I wanted it to. Probably my new favourite figure ever. I think the sculpt is amazing and a brilliant likeness. Genuinely tempted to get two, as there are so many display options.

Also, on the ANH Luke, the light up saber hand is fixed into position on the light saber (due to the electronics) but in every shot of the light up saber on this figure in action the gloved hand looks to be in a different position. So maybe the hand can be moved up and down the saber? Cool if so, and will help with posing.

Man I'm blown away. Love love love it. Well worth the wait.

Jedi Luke is kind of a tough one. He's the one we all want but he has the most boring costume of any Hot Toys ever

It's a very simple costume but a badass one in my opinion. Definitely don't have a problem adding it to my collection amongst the other Luke figures.
