My biggest want from hot toys is an accurate Alien and Ripley with cat carrier. I really hope they revisit this line with Prometheus on the horizon.

Even somewhat accurate would be nice. The hot toys big chap is a great figure but it's always looked like a dinosaur or something along those lines to me.

You're right! There's something about the side profile of the HT Big Chap's head near the face. Looks sort of like the US Godzilla from the movie from a few years back.

I for one am a fan of the HT Big Chap.
With the right lighting it looks pretty damn good.

But I think he looks best with the jaw glued shut. HT needs to stop with the gimmicky spring loaded jaw crap.

i agree, def. want hot toys to revist the Alien franchise. An updated Big chap would be perfect. Ripley from Alien and Aliens, Dallas, Ash regular and damaged, Chestburster KANE!!! Hicks, Bishop, Vasquez, Hudson and Drake are musts... Parker would be cool as well. I have high hopes if Prometheus is everything is seems it will be Alien merchandise will be flowing in from every toy company to capitalize on the resurgence of alien popularity.
As mentioned earlier, I love these spacesuits, it is retro and gives the feel that a power corporate company is funding this expedition opposed to the space truckers with probably outdated spacesuits
Note: I've always wanted a Hot Toys Kane with a removable or somehow accessed torso where one can recreate the chestburster scene. What would it be? A DX series? possible come with part of the dining table? that would be epic

Engineer is a must. Space Jockey suit is also a must as its been a look we have been wondering about for 33 years. Im not arsed about the humans. Though i do like the space suits i think id tire of them. The designs are nice but to me thoes kind of designs should be for dynamic poses for characters who fight in them. So i wouldnt want to display David and Shaw in karate poses on my shelves.

Probably not gonna se the film until its on TV, however from what i've seen the suits look ace, so i'm interested and will buy depending on price and what else i have on order at the time.
