It looms like the normal trooper that will come in the 2 pack has some pretty big gaps between the armor pieces compared to the other troopers in that picture.

If they're using the same body from the previous HT vader as this Rogue One vader (yet to be confirmed) then we may technically be able to swap arms with the lightsaber lightup feature, if some are interested in that still. or perhaps do a body swap.

Exactly. Sideshow made tiny cod pieces for Stormtroopers, HT makes huge puffy one for RO Vader (though this is kinda screen accurate)

Didn't Vader have a rather large codpiece in ANH anyway?

It only shrank when he softened up in ESB, and then really shrank when he wimped out in ROTJ.

The colours of the ANH mask aren't completely accurate in that pic. The tubing that runs from the tusk up along the right cheek should be gunmetal grey and not black..
