What did you tell us?

Back before SDCC made a quick hint about HTs future Star Wars plans and what they will likely put out. This is based on a contact I have at Disney who is handling their SW licensing. I still stand by my info, it is solid...despite the long wait... Never tell me the odds.

As I recall, that was only "Anakin" and from a long long time ago. Then we started joking around about DX two-pack releases and I mentioned they could do an Anakin and RotS Vader (instead of two Anakins).

So the first post on this thread that shows a interview article with Hot Toys is a fake? If so that's a bummer..

No, that's just Howard Chan talking out his *** as usual. I was however referring to past interviews dating back over a year where he's mentioned Anakin a few times. I'm also pretty sure he'd mentioned multiple times that they had already started on the characters too. Again, IMO, that was smoke at the time.

Kind of how you claimed he was full of **** when he said Hot Toys was going to try for their own license rather than continue to produce under SSC? Guess you recognize your own.

They are perfect in their imperfection.
Could they be better? Yes. But they are incredibly beautiful looking, very high end and stylised. As we had hoped HT is giving us Star Wars figures that blow every other companies human/chewbacca figures out of the water.

Once they fix Chewies eyes I will be happy.

I'm not too concerned about Chewie, It's probably like teddy bear fur, synthetic on a fabric backing. So basically a hairy body suit. Should be fine I think. It's amazing the level of sophistication they have gotten into the colour and length of the fur though. Outstanding, apart from central face area.
