Yes it is but I agree, there is nothing worse than modding figures. Especially when they are so expensive to begin with.

Yeah, I have seen some mods that I wish I could forget. I'm the kind of person that likes to keep their figures the same way I got them

After reading the conversation it didn't seem like September was a sure thing on their end. She said she didn't have firm dates, which in my experience means best guess based off of what their computer shows as a tentative arrival. Though this is based off of non action figure pre orders I've had in the past.

Only pre orders I've had through sideshow aren't due out until first quarter of next year, I'll have to wait and see how accurate the timetable is for those items then. I have this particular figure pre ordered through BBTS as well and I'm not really sure how much longer it takes them to get their stock after sideshow get theirs, but I was once on a pre order of theirs for an Anovos Star Trek Uniform and I ended up canceling because the estimated arrival date kept moving and in the wait priorities had to be shifted.

I got the same email. It just says the waitlist will become a live order on the 23rd, so you won't get charged the full amount, just the NRD. It won't be ready next week (hasn't even come out in Asia yet!)
