I cancelled my waitlist reservation in the end. I had placed mine on March 29 and yet someone mentioned that their's had converted, even though it was placed early April. So I figured yet again mine was skipped because of international shipping restrictions, yet the order page doesn't restrict it to my country as it has done with others, so I don't know what's up.
Anyway, I'm not bothering to wait around for this one. Nice figure, but it's expensive and there's too many other figures I'm interested in at the moment.

I was able to use my Reward Points and get this guy for $150, hell of a deal and a great addition to all the other armors I have.

Well i'm am glad i bought one from someone here and still placed in order with the wait list, if i get it great if not i have one
It would be nice if they added more detail about it, the page just has a bunch of disclaimers that don't sound appealing at all.

Fulfillment errors and Damages
Due to the limited quantities of items that become available, we may not be able to replace an item if it arrives to you damaged and therefore we will offer you a full refund upon the item’s return as per our Return Policy.
They will also offer you a partial credit $20-$30 option if you get a figure with a flaw that they don't have replacements for and you still want to keep the figure. Plus they are holding extra figures for now and will do so for replacement purposes for the initial wave of shipments. People have a month to get refunds or replacements, so after that point if they still have extras those will go out to people still on the waitlist.
It always is worth it to, a) bring any problems to their attention as soon as possible, you'll have a better shot at parts, and even if they might not have replacements you can still get something for your trouble and, b) stay on the waitlist until they close it themselves. I got a Midas like two months after it "sold out" cause they ended up with extra replacements to sell and I was still on the list.

Got mine today, totally disappointing. The faceplate magnet is broken off, 2 lights don't work, the stand cant be assembled (threading to short) which is just pathetic, and the right hand armour piece wont stay on. Completely unacceptable seeing as how they have the nerve to charge so much.
