I was thinking the same thing. I guess we will find out in a month.

If it was going to be in the movie, it would be branded with the Age of Ultron logo, and it's not... And why in the world would Tony bother to design a stealth armor based on an old model instead of making a new one stealth? It won't be in any movie.

I look forward to finding out. I'm at an early showing and have less than 3 weeks to wait

Yeah, this would be a step backwards. I am very doubtful this is in the movie. As pointed out, it's under the old avengers license. (Legally that's really all you need to know but since most people do not know how licensing works it's not a big deal)

If it's something you really really want...call SS. They have an in house waitlist that converts first that most folks do not know of.

There is 100% no in house wait list for this item. The only wait list that exists is the one that people must sign up through on the sell page for the Iron Man Figure.

Just a heads up to y'all in this thread so our customer service isn't bogged down with a lot of unnecessary calls while folks trying to get through with other questions, emergencies, etc. can get through.

Thanks!

Thanks for clarifying Alex :clap

Well, supposing they do have an "in-house wait list" as opposed to the regular, I'd still imagine it's not something they want the recipients promoting online and generating tons of calls to their queue (reads like Tesa was going the 'extra mile' for you by pro-actively scanning cancellations, maybe, and prioritizing your wait list request over others). Their phones will probably be ringing off the hook, tomorrow. :lol

I apologize for the issue. I retract anything a said before. Don't want to speak out of turn. Can I delete old posts?

I do not expect this armor to be in the movie, but if it is it would not necessarily be a step backwards. If you think about all of the armors there were plenty of armors that were basically mark 7 repaints. Going back to an old design with added features seemed to have happened numerous times. For example, Mark 21 was Midas and both Mark 16 and 19 were not completely based off of Mark 7 like Midas was. So it would mean that Tony made completely different suits and then would go back to the base Mark 7 design for armors made later. Those are just a few armor examples. I am sure there are more.

I meant step back from the mark 43 and 44 and 45. Even the 42. (Which obviously didn't work right but was essentially a prototype, for the 43)

And the fact it's the stealth mkvii not a new Mark like Midas (21) also shows its also not like the im3 suits

I called before I read this and the SideshowToys rep said they can't even touch or see the waitlist.

I was asking because I see postings here of conversions where people bought after me and I'm still on the waitlist? Oh well.

As far as I know, waitlist is not first come, first served. I think the speculation is it's based on order history.

Also remember, when someone posts on here is not when they ordered. Unless you compare waitlist confirmations side by side, posts on here are not the best way to judge when you ordered, or who first.

FYI - if anyone noticed an earlier post of mine that is not there anymore, I deleted it after reading through these last few postings, since Alex provided complete clarification on the wait list issue. Just saying this in the spirit of full disclosure!

Oh this is how we get things taken away from us.:lol We may have already lost spook points cause of code gate. Now waitlist gate. Maybe they will take away the waitlist.:monkey3

I really do hope their CS does not get bombarded by the goofballs tomorrow.
