Yea I heard about that $10 extra for a pack out but I'll be damned if I pay extra just for a box - SS should just ship it in a box regardless of $10 or not. Sometimes mine comes in a bit dinged but I'm cool w/ it since it's not the box I'm displaying but the toy. Box goes hidden away and toy comes out to play!

They are already charging HT more than the other retailers in other countries. Should learn a thing or two from amiami and HLJ.

Sweet. So the armor, while not truly battle damaged, does have some scuffs and scrapes.

Which is odd seeing as the official shots from Hot Toys show no damage

Looks like it might be in the interchangeable chest and shoulder pieces.

The shots on this figure are truly amazing! I can hardly wait to get and open mine! Plus, it'll be my first HT! Its like Christmas in July!

This will be my fourth Hot Toy figure, and I hope we get the one on page 27, I really like the scuff marks and wear on the suit - but the promo shots don't show any damage. Can anyone post a few photos if you've received the figure?

Mine's stuck at the local UPS center. Does anyone know if I can pick up there since they don't deliver on Saturday???

Yeah, it does suck. Hopefully Sideshow will come through. I'm one of the first to get him, so there probably isn't many if any in front of me for replacements. I just hope there ARE replacement pieces available. The one time Sideshow's customer service failed me was with another limited piece, the Patient Zero PF Ex. That one still hurts since I got punished for no fault of mine. It was keep a damaged piece or have no piece at all.

And yeah, the flaws are small, but as you've mentioned they could get worse over time. Its one thing to have battle damage and its another to have age damage

This was a issues I had. In short they just offer a refund. Eatten crow on this.

It's going to have to wait. I was told they have to make at least one delivery attempt before I can try for a local pick up.

I'm so happy I took the advice from others on this board and waited for SS. $200 shipped is a lot better than paying for one off of eBay for over $400 that I just seen the other day. Thank you SS!

i think it should have no scratches or wear at all,like in their promo pics,but again,hot toys doesnt deliver what they showed...

On a side note, since it's not shown in the instructions, how would one pull off
- the faceplate (to use with the Tony-reveal head)
- thigh+biceps (to use the BD parts)
