Probably my favorite image of the figure so far. Pretty amazing.

It's cool how the eyes manage to look like he's staring straight no matter how you tilt the head. Makes intimidating poses like this really work... will also no doubt help with the batpod.

Well considering the big release date isn't here yet. Hot Toy's did say in their email, the last day of the month. Tuesday is the last day.

I think you can start b i tching after September 30th/October 1st. Until then I don't think anyone has the right to whine yet.

That's why I'm for non-posed eye paint jobs, if done right, straight forward eyes can be quite versatile.

Thing is with the ship date, Hot Toys said they'd be shipping out at the end of September, that just means from their warehouse. Now overseas dealers will get them sooner, and who knows how long they'll take to get to North American distributors.

Yeah, it was at Imax, I never said it wasn't

I said it wasn't shot in Imax.

2. You have Eye problems than.

It must be real hard knowing everything.

1) Neither was TDK. Only four scenes of it were filmed in IMAX. The rest was the same as Batman Begins.
2) Wrong again. I don't have eye problems. The crew who I'd gone to see it with all agreed, two of which are fighter pilots (20/20 requirement), the action sequences were blurry but the rest was fine.

Did you even see Batman Begins at an IMAX theatre?

I went to see TDK in IMAX.

I sat 3 rows from the back and it was blurry during the fast action scenes. Amazing during the IMAX shots. Especially during the beginning of Dent's escort, jumping off the building in HK and the helicopter flying above HK.

But my IMAX is HUGE. It felt like sitting up front at a normal theater.

I went to see it again at different IMAX (in California) which was about half the size and didn't have much of a problem.

Didn't have one seeing it on a normal screen.

This image looks exactly the same as the IMAX by me that I went to (yet this one is taken in San Fran). As you can see there is still a lot of screen not in the photo.

I think it's best if the eyes are slightly looking up (or not have the iris dead center). When they look straight forward they have an odd 'surprised' look.

Well, they have it listed at ActionHQ as shipping November 14th, so that's kinda strange.

Here's a photo I found online of people at the San Jose IMAX:

You can tell by the several rows in front of her that she's not "in" the front. This is about 3/4 of the way up. Notice she's leaning back staring up at the screen? Imagine 2.5hrs of it in a seat that stops at your shoulders.

I know that was probably an accident post...but i'd like to point out, sitting up front at IMAX is the worst thing ever.

Imagine it? I saw TDK in Imax, Loved it, no problems at all

I thought about what I was going to do about this cape problem. I sell hair accessories along many other things, and I have these mini size hair clips, maybe about the size of a dime or smaller. I was thinking I could clip the cape so more of the shoulders would show. Or I have these tiny magnets about 2/3 the size of a dime, they have a good weight to them, I could attach the magnets at the bottom of the cape to pull it down and get the same effect as the clips. Would this be a good idea? Let me know if anyone else would want to try.

hey!what gives? did the release of the fig really get pushed back? didnt somebody announce they already had it in stock here in the commerce section?
