They would have probably changed the release date for their page to be for the second wave. Plus the second wave isn't expected until the end of December.

I emailed them because i should be in the first wave because i ordered on july 4th, but aparently they have all been pushed back untill nov 14th.

the head on dark knight fig is to small. i think thats another reason why the original suit looks better the head is big enough to balance out the body.

i think Joe posted that he was expecting his tdk bats shipment in a week or so, not sure. lets just hope there are no delays.

I ordered mine from toysonline2002(ebay) about mid august and i contacted him when mine is coming a couple of days ago. He said he ordered from HT, he go the receipt and i would be getting it early october. Im frikin stoked

I don't think it is. Its actually very well proportioned to the rest of the body. It only looks smaller compared to the BB suit because the BB's cowel design combines the head and neck together making the head look bigger. IMO
